(1).Cloisonne
design
Firstly our designers create a new design according to their ideas for a new piece of cloisonné ware . Every year we have a lot of ? new designs in our factory. (2).Base-hammering
The materials of cloisonné ware? are red copper no.1. Only this kind of material is suitable? for cloisonné ware making. Other material is not workable essentially. Because enamel material could not be attached on other materials after burning in big stove. This is a root reason. The workers make shapes of cloisonné ware with? hammer especially for big piece works. They put the red copper plate on a big iron and wood stand to strike the copper plate with a hammer for a design shape. The workers put copper solder on seams of every part and then put it into stove to weld it. This step will take a long time to finish it.

(3).Copper-wire curving
In this step the workers shape a small red copper wire (about one to two mm.) like design, for example like a bird or a flower one by one? according to the design with small tools like tweezers, pliers. And then paste it on the surface of red copper body one by one with a kind of paste for fixing temporarily before welding the wire on the body. The paste, same like it but come from a kind of root of plant called "Baiji" in Chinese. It is very good auxiliary material. After finishing all the work another worker puts silver solder between the red copper wire and the red copper body and then to weld it in stove. (5).Polishing
After finishing enamel-filling next step is polishing. In this step Workers will polish cloisonné ware very smooth. They use emery stone as abrasive.? Firstly ? workers use rough emery stone to grind the surface of? cloisonné ware. They even up? the color enamel material with? red copper wire. This is rough emery stone grinding. ? After grinding the surface some places are not as high as the red copper wire. So the enamel materials will be filled full again to the low places between red copper wires. This is fourth enamel filling. After this the burner will put the cloisonné ware into the stove again to burn it. And then workers will filling a kind of? special enamel material again and burn it again. After burning workers use fine emery stone to grind the surface of enamel materials and red copper wire to make it very smooth. And then use a king of soft yellow stone to grind it again. finally to use charcoal to grind it bright.

(4).Enamel-filling
After finish copper wire curving workers will clear the copper wire and body? and then to fill the color? enamel materials full between the copper wires on the body according to the color design. There are a lot of small dishes with different color enamel materials in it on the table. Workers sit in front of the table taking a small suction-pipe to suck the enamel material from the different color dishes into pipe. Because some water in enamel material dishes so the enamel can be sucked into pipe and squeezed out. After filling the enamel materials between red copper wires workers will absorb the water from the materials with dry cotton. After finishing first time enamel-filling? a burner will put it? into stove carefully to burn the enamel material. After enamel-burning? the color enamel material were sunken. And then workers will fill enamel material second time same as first time enamel-filling. And then burn it again. And then third time enamel-filling and burning. Total three times of enamel-filling and enamel-burning. More time will be done on some works with problem. A long time will also be spend in this step. material.
